Hotel Senior Corporate Operations Director

Hospitality Spotlight is looking for a hotel Senior Corporate Operations Director for a client in Irvine, CA. The work involves reporting directly to the President of the organization and working directly with the hotel operational teams. The Corporate Director will lead the hotel teams to improve operational performance both financially and through guest and employee satisfaction using a variety of tools.

Responsibilities include managing multiple, deadline-oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment, building and sustaining positive relationships, ensuring hotels meet operational budgets, reviewing guest service scores and online reviews, creating and implementing operating standards, monitoring capital projects and budgets, assisting with new builds and transitions, managing overall financial performance, coaching and mentoring General Managers, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements include a passion for operations in the hotel industry, 10+ years of hotel operations experience, 5+ years of experience in hotel operations management at a corporate level, multi-property, full-service hotel experience, a bachelor's degree, and bilingual (Spanish) a plus. Must possess a track record of successful leadership and developed interpersonal, adaptive influencing, and supervisory management skills.
