As a Lead Elite Guest Concierges
, you will be the face of this elite experience, responsible for:
Delivering attentive, intuitive service through warm, genuine interactions. Anticipate guest needs and fulfill special requests to create memorable moments. Taking a lead in this area. Oversee the daily refresh and presentation of the Regency Club, ensuring a welcoming and luxurious environment. Provide expert guidance and assistance with reservations, local recommendations, and personalized itineraries. Curate and maintain a dynamic guest database, capturing preferences and history to tailor future visits and ensure seamless, high-touch service.

Collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef to design and execute weekly pop-up culinary events, enhancing the guest experience through creativity and innovation. Partner with the Food & Beverage team to contribute to the development and execution of the hotel’s beverage offerings, ensuring alignment with guest preferences and brand standards. Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills to support senior leadership and elevate the Regency Club experience.

Overseeing F&B Attendants who work in the Executive Lounge.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hospitality environment, enjoys engaging with guests, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service with creativity and care. This person will have to assist as a Food & Beverage Attendant when needed.

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and a thorough understanding of concierge services.
• Service-Orientated focus
• Must be available for various shifts including weekends, holidays, morning, evening
• Willing to assist F&B Attendants in the Market when needed.
• F&B Attendant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Micros, Hyatt Digital Dining Platform, Colleague Advantage, Open Table and Evention.
