Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a polished, professional, and highly motivated HR professional for a temporary role supporting our team while our HR Manager transitions out. This is an immediate start position in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide overlap support and training for HR processes.
• Manage Talent Acquisition
  : reference checks, offer prep, job descriptions, and hiring support.
• Oversee Benefits
  : enrollments, status changes, open enrollment, bill audits, and employee support.
• Support Employee Relations
  : problem-solving, policy guidance, offboarding, and documentation.
• Deliver HR Training and maintain SOPs for internal HR systems (Bamboo
  
  HR, Paychex).
• Manage HR Data and personnel files with compliance and accuracy.
• Assist with Payroll Support
  : reporting, PTO accruals, and wage updates.
