Associate Human Resources Generalist

Join a fast‑growing medical device start‑up and help build the people foundation that powers innovation. We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑driven Junior HR Generalist who’s excited to support onboarding, culture, and day‑to‑day HR operations in a fast‑paced environment.

• Support recruitment, coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate new‑hire onboarding and ensure an exceptional employee experience.
• Maintain accurate HRIS and employee records; assist with payroll updates.
• Be a friendly point of contact for HR questions and employee support.
• Help drive culture, engagement, and team events.
• Assist with compliance, documentation, and training initiatives (FDA/ISO exposure a plus).

• 1+ years of HR or recruiting experience (internships count!).
• Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• HRIS familiarity + Microsoft 365 skills.
• Bonus: experience in start‑ups, medical device, biotech, or regulated industries.
