Job Description

You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."

You want to make an impact, not just manage projects, but change how the world gets built. At Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you'll do exactly that. You'll help develop and deliver the factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving - and do it smarter, safer, and more sustainably than ever before.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold - project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists who blend real-world experience with digital innovation and AI. Together, we're transforming how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed, creating a better way to build for the future.

Because "good enough" builds the past. You're here to build what's next, on a team that outperforms every norm.

THE WORK:

* You'll manage and oversee daily labor compliance activities across assigned projects, ensuring adherence to state and federal prevailing wage laws, including the California Labor Code and the Federal Davis-Bacon Act.

* You'll review and verify certified payroll records, fringe benefit statements, apprenticeship documentation, and training contributions for accuracy and compliance.

* You'll ensure timely and accurate submission of certified payroll through required systems (e.g., DIR-mandated platforms and LCP-certified software) and monitor required compliance documents such as DAS 140s, DAS 142s, and related forms, addressing contractor deficiencies as needed.

* You'll provide functional guidance, mentorship, and quality review for Senior Labor Compliance Associates and other compliance staff, without direct responsibility for department-wide staffing decisions

* You'll perform secondary reviews of audits, underpayment calculations, penalties, and corrective actions prior to escalation to the Director of Labor Compliance.

* You'll support investigations into labor compliance complaints-including prevailing wage, benefit, and apprenticeship violations-and assist in compiling complete case documentation.

* You'll serve as a primary point of contact for contractors regarding compliance questions, corrective actions, and document deficiencies

* You'll participate in pre-bid meetings, pre-construction conferences, and project meetings to explain labor compliance obligations and expectations, and coordinate with internal teams (payroll, project management, legal, and document control) to ensure consistent compliance practices.

* You'll prepare and review monthly labor compliance reports for accuracy prior to submission to Project Managers, Clients, or the Director of Labor Compliance, and escalate high-risk issues, repeat violations, or complex regulatory interpretations as needed.

* You'll maintain organized and auditable digital and hardcopy compliance records, perform field interviews, and other duties as assigned.

* Flexible:
The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

* With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
