Job Title :
University Relations Recruiter
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate: $45-50/hr on Vendor W2
Location: Irvine, CA - 100% Onsite — no exceptions
This person should also be available to attend career fairs in the Fall as required across the US covered by the client the cost of air etc.

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Top 3–5 Skills – Ideal Candidate- 3-5+ years of corporate recruiting experience
- Minimum 2 years of campus / university recruiting (internships, co-ops)
- Experience hiring technical students (ideal: electrical engineering)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment
ASAP once cleared
Interview Process- Pre‑Screen by Manager the Director of TA
- 1 interview with the recruitment team
- Promote the company as an employer of choice at top local and regional universities.
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for internship, co‑op, and student pipelines in both technical and non‑technical fields.
- Support campus events, career fairs, tech talks, and other university engagement activities.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and guide recruitment strategy.
- Exposure to high‑visibility talent programs in a growing global organization.
- Ability to influence campus strategy and build long‑term pipelines.
- Opportunity to expand into broader HR/recruiting initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Resume must clearly show university/college recruiting experience
- Experience in technology, semiconductor, or electrical hardware industries preferred
- Experience recruiting graduate‑level students (MBA, MS, PhD) is a plus
- Standard write‑up required, including: candidate summary, relevant skills, candidate address, resume, confirmation of daily onsite commute, confirmation of degree, earliest start date
- Promote the company as an employer of choice at targeted local and regional universities.
- Lead full‑cycle recruiting for designated hiring needs within assigned business units.
- Source, engage, and develop pipelines of student candidates for both technical and non‑technical roles.
- Coordinate phone screenings and virtual interviews.
- Participate in campus events, career fairs, and virtual tech talks at priority schools.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and guide them through selection and hiring.
- Collaborate with HR Global Services on post‑offer activities through onboarding.
- Support additional recruiting initiatives and projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years of recruiting experience, including familiarity with internship and co‑op hiring programs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
- Experience working under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Minimum of 2 years of campus recruiting experience, preferably hiring engineering students (ideally electrical engineering).
- Exposure to the technology, semiconductor, or electrical hardware industries.
- Experience recruiting graduate‑level students (MBA, MS, PhD).
