Employee Relations, Talent Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
The Human Resources Generalist plays a critical role in supporting employees and leaders across multiple service centers. This position serves as a trusted HR partner, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, accurate and timely workers’ compensation administration, and responsive day‑to‑day employee support.
Responsibilities- Onboarding & New Hire
Experience:
Manage full‑cycle onboarding from offer acceptance through the first 90 days, including initiating and tracking workflows within Paylocity, handling new‑hire paperwork, I‑9 verification and E‑Verify compliance, direct deposit and tax forms, benefits enrollment coordination, partnering with hiring managers to ensure required tools and training, conducting orientations (virtual or in‑person), monitoring onboarding metrics, and supporting background checks and pre‑employment screenings. - Workers’ Compensation Administration:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all claims, file First Reports of Injury (FROI) promptly, coordinate with insurance carriers, adjusters, and leadership, track claim status and return‑to‑work documentation, support modified duty and return‑to‑work programs, maintain accurate documentation and update OSHA logs when required, and partner with Safety and Operations leaders to identify trends and reduce incidents. - Employee Support & HR Operations:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries; provide guidance on policies, benefits, payroll questions, timekeeping, PTO, and compliance matters; assist leaders with employee relations matters and documentation; maintain accurate employee records in Paylocity; support payroll processing by auditing changes and resolving discrepancies; ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; assist with performance management processes and documentation;
and support employee engagement initiatives and company programs.
- 3+ years of HR Generalist or higher‑level HR coordination experience.
- Proficiency in Paylocity (onboarding & time/labor reporting).
- Experience with worker’s compensation, I‑9, FLSA, and OSHA basics.
- Microsoft Word & Excel proficiency; comfortable with pivot tables.
- Experience with leave of absence administration, benefits administration, LMS, HR reporting, onboarding, and employee records.

Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
