We’re looking for a self-motivated, high-impact Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven environments and loves hiring  you know how to build strong pipelines, partner with sales leaders, and deliver top talent—this one’s for you.

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume roles
• Source top talent via Linked In, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Lead and support company Open Houses / hiring events across FL, CA &
• Conduct high-volume phone screens and interviews
• Partner closely with sales leadership to build high-performing teams
• Maintain ATS accuracy, pipelines, and hiring metrics
• Continuously improve hiring processes for speed and quality

• 3–5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience (sales/call center preferred)
• Proven ability to juggle multiple roles and deliver quality hires
• Strong sourcing skills (Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
• ATS & CRM experience
• Excellent communication, organization, and business acumen
• Ability to work independently and adapt fast

• Experience recruiting for phone sales, call centers, tax, debt settlement, mortgage, or high-volume sales teams
• Knowledge of sales KPIs and performance metrics
• Open to 5–10% travel
