Senior Sales Recruiting Executive

Ascendion is growing our office in Irvine, CA and looking for a Senior Client Executive of Direct Hire! This is a hybrid role. We have a great name in the industry and picking up new clients is easy! This is a perfect opportunity to work with an incredible recruiting team that'll support your roles so you can focus on your client relationships.

What you'll be doing:

• Focus more on bringing in new accounts AND account management
• Bring on roles in Legal, Technology (all sectors) and Construction
• Mentor our recruiters (we have a recruiting team that supports you)
• Our average performer billed $500k last year

The experience you need to be successful in this dynamic Sales Management / Recruiting Executive role:

• 3+ years of experience running a full-desk (sales and recruiting)
• Minimum annual billing of $400K (permanent /direct hire billing )
• Previous staffing experience is a must
• Meeting with clients virtually or take them to lunch or go golfing!
• Great attitude
• You have candidate ownership. Meaning we are relationship based recruiters. You can create a meaningful impact with the candidates you place.
• We have a reputable name in the industry.
• You are not limited to a tech stack or a specific geographic location. If you have clients in New York, then feel free to call on them!
• We have a great company culture that believes in working hard and playing hard (yes, that means monthly happy hours, building long-lasting relationships with your clients by taking them golfing, going to dinner, etc.)
• We're not metrics happy. We believe in motivating our team by offering them a great comp plan that will self-motivate.

• The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 – $400,000+ annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
