We are an established private dental group seeking a Part-Time HR Coordinator to support our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with HR systems—especially ADP
.
- Manage employee onboarding/offboarding and HR compliance
- Maintain staff schedules, timecards, and payroll through ADP
- Support recruitment, benefits coordination, and employee records
- Assist management with HR reporting and communications
- Assist accounting department reviewing Payroll before processing
- 3+ years of HR or administrative experience (dental field preferred)
- Proficiency in ADP RUN.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with California labor laws
Part-time — approximately 3–4 days per week (flexible schedule)
