About the Job:

The People & Culture (P&C) Generalist is responsible for cultivating a positive workplace environment in alignment with Taco Bell's policies, procedures, and brand standards. Working closely with field operations leadership, the P&C Generalist provides comprehensive employee relations services throughout the organization, including HR consulting, conducting investigations, conflict resolution, and contributing to the well-being, morale, and productivity of a substantial hourly workforce across multiple states within Taco Bell's corporate-owned restaurants.

Additionally, the P&C Generalist acts as a strategic partner to the field operations team, supporting talent development, bench planning, and collaborating with the Field HR leadership team to advance HR initiatives.
