Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist | North Orange County, CA | $85,000–$90,000 DOE

We're partnering with a fast-growing, people-first consumer brand in North Orange County that believes great businesses are built by great people. As they continue to expand across multiple markets, they're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
who is passionate about connecting top talent with meaningful career opportunities.
This isn't just a recruiting role— it's an opportunity to be a strategic partner, culture ambassador, and talent advisor who helps fuel growth while creating an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring leaders alike.
What You'll Do- Own full-cycle recruiting for leadership and corporate positions
- Drive Store Manager and field leadership recruitment across multiple states
- Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and social recruiting
- Partner closely with Operations, HR, Training, and business leaders to develop hiring strategies
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation to offer acceptance
- Utilize recruiting data and hiring metrics to improve outcomes and influence decision-making
- Support employer branding initiatives and help tell the company's culture story across platforms
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting leadership-level talent
- Strong sourcing skills, including Linked In Recruiter and other talent platforms
- Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring leaders
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or multi-unit environments is highly preferred

- Compensation: $85,000–$90,000 base salary, depending on experience
- Location: Onsite in North Orange County, CA with occasional travel to field locations and hiring events.
