Senior Recruiter with expertise in Finance and Accounting talent acquisition to join a growing company in Irvine, CA, on a long-term contract basis.
Schedule:
HYBRID: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Pay: $60/ hour
Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. Recruiter to join their team on a long-term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of business functions.
Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Handle 15- 30 open recs at a time.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies utilizing Linked In Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Identify, engage, and attract top talent across multiple functional areas.
- Create and present offer packages, negotiate compensation, and successfully close candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), .
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support recruiting efforts across Finance & Accounting, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Corporate Functions, and other professional-level positions.
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong sourcing and talent acquisition skills with experience using Linked In Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
- Experience negotiating compensation and closing candidates.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably .
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
