** As an HR Solutions Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team responsible for transforming how HR services are delivered across Capital Group. Success in this role requires strong people leadership, a passion for developing talent, and the ability to inspire teams through change while driving innovation at scale.  You will identify strategic opportunities to expand Global Shared Services' offerings, prepare your team, HR, and Capital Group for change, and implement centralized solutions that improve efficiency, increase direct access to information, and enhance the overall experience.

As a forward-thinking leader, you'll think globally about process design, champion process improvement, technology adoption, AI-enabled solutions, and apply extensive knowledge of HR systems such as Workday to modernize workflows, improve service delivery, and create a more seamless associate experience.  You will lead multiple projects and transformation initiatives, establish success measures to track progress and outcomes, leverage data and technology to uncover actionable insights, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
