You will build strong partnerships with hiring managers, universities and students, and lead career fairs, collegiate competitions, and intern programs such as Speaker Series and brown bag sessions.
You will drive the recruiting process, communicate effectively at all levels, and help connect candidates to Rivian culture and strategy while traveling 25%+ as required.
