Job Description:

Demand Analyst Co-Op

Location: Irvine, CA
Type: Full-time, Onsite
Level: Intern
Compensation: $22/hr – $47/hr

Responsibilities:

Conduct business and data analysis to derive valuable and actionable insights.

Document and communicate findings to key stakeholders.

Validate data and drive escalations in case of data discrepancies.

Collaborate with the DM Planner in DM activities.

Propose problem solutions and use analytics skills to draw conclusions.

Participate in projects, reporting, dashboards, and business initiatives.

Qualifications:

Required:

Currently enrolled in a BS, MS, MBA, Supply Chain, Computer/Data Science, Business Analytics, or related programs.
Ability to commit to the 2025 Winter / Spring Co-Op Program (January through May, 2025).

Preferred:

Advanced skills in Excel (VBA a plus), PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience with data visualization (Power BI) and dashboard creation.
Knowledge of tools like SAP, Blue Yonder JDA, SQL, and Alteryx.
Knowledge of forecasting and planning processes such as supply, sales, demand, and NPI.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication (both written and verbal), organization, and documentation skills.
Team-oriented attitude, accountability, and ownership.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and present actions and information to stakeholders.
Team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently with varied groups.
