We’re looking for a Project Manager who’s hands‑on, tech‑savvy, and ready to roll up their sleeves to lead infrastructure cabling and physical security installation projects (A Must - Integrated AI Security Camera systems, Access control Systems Alarms and Intrusion detection systems). We’ll equip you with the tools, apps, and support.

You bring the energy, curiosity, and follow‑through.

• Lead one or more projects from start to finish planning, scheduling, budgeting, and problem‑solving.
• Work closely with clients, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate surveys, site walks, materials, and inspections.
• Keep projects on time, on budget, and on point.
• Manage change orders, troubleshoot issues, and adjust plans on the fly.
• Keep records, reports, and schedules up to date in our project management apps.
• Direct and support field crews and subcontractors.
• Communicate clearly, follow up reliably, and own the outcome.

• 3+ years in project management (preferably low‑voltage or electronic security).
• Experience in fieldwork or the infrastructure/security space.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace tools.
• Solid communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Someone who can juggle priorities and thrive under deadlines.
• Strong judgment, initiative, and leadership instincts.
• Able to attend site meetings and conduct walkthroughs.

• Familiarity with systems like Verkada, Lenel, Milestone, or Brivo.
• PMP certification or formal training in project management.
• Associates degree or relevant certifications.
• 5+ years in the security or low‑voltage industry.
