As a Lead Data Platform Architect, you will serve as the technical domain expert on foundational data and integration technologies to better support our business partners and development teams. You will steer technology strategy direction, define target state architectures, roadmaps, and help build reference architectures/implementations for scalable and resilient data platforms. You will also be responsible for identifying and evaluating emerging technologies beneficial to this domain.

You will be expected to possess hands‑on expertise in modern cloud technologies, including but not limited to Databricks, Dremio, Snowflake, and tools for data governance, protection, and quality. This position requires a practical approach to testing and validating architectural solutions in lab environments before certifying them, ensuring robustness and scalability. You will act as a thought leader in data architecture, providing guidance on governance, security, and compliance.

You will serve as the technical authority on foundational data and integration technologies, driving the technology strategy and target state architecture to support business goals. You will also evaluate emerging technologies, guiding the organization to adopt innovations that deliver value while minimizing disruption to end‑users. Collaboration and thought leadership will be essential as you influence architects, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent experience.
  • You have demonstrated ability in defining, designing, and delivering enterprise‑scale data strategies and data management solutions leveraging sound architecture principles, approaches, and patterns.
  • You have at least 10 years of deep architecture and engineering experience with expertise in:
