Our direct client is looking for Oracle Applications Manager – Hire to Retire (H2R) to join the team on a full time direct hire.

- This will be working 3 days week on site.

A growing organization is seeking a Senior Manager – Oracle Fusion (Oil Value Chain) to lead and transform its CTRM and Oil Value Chain platforms. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of commodity trading, supply chain, procurement, contracts, order management, and finance.
If you’re a hands-on Oracle Fusion leader who enjoys building scalable enterprise solutions while mentoring high-performing teams, this is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a complex and highly integrated enterprise platform.
Required Experience- 12+ years of Oracle ERP experience
- 5+ years managing ERP teams
- 3+ full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations
- Strong Oracle Fusion functional & technical expertise
- Deep knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, Contracts, Finance, and Order Management
- Hands-on experience with:
- Visual Builder (VBCS)
- Application Composer
- FBDI, HDL, OTBI, BIP, ADFdi
- Experience with data migration and legacy system conversions
- Solid understanding of security (SSO/SAML, OAuth, RBAC)
- Oracle Fusion Cloud experience (EBS R12 required if no Fusion)
- Oracle PLM certification
- Experience in commodity trading / CTRM / Oil Value Chain environments
As the leader of the Oil Value Chain (OVC) domain, you will:
- Lead architecture, implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle Fusion modules and custom cloud applications
- Act as a hands-on techno-functional architect across Contracts, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Order Management
- Drive integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions
- Oversee customizations, extensions, and cross-platform integrations (e.g., Salesforce, JDE)
- Shape and execute the product roadmap aligned with business strategy
- Govern SDLC, Dev Ops, security, compliance, and release management
- Manage and mentor a team of managers, analysts, and developers
You will function as both strategic product leader and hands-on solution architect

This is not just an applications manager role. You will:
- Own the full Oil Value Chain product lifecycle
- Define governance standards and architectural direction
- Partner directly with senior business leaders
- Drive innovation across a specialized hybrid domain (commodity trading + enterprise ERP)
- Build and scale a high-performing Oracle Fusion team
