Description:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in business systems analysis.
• Strong experience with enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, EMR, LIMS, or other core platforms).
• Demonstrated expertise in system integrations (APIs, web services, data mapping).
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience working within SDLC (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies).
• Strong documentation skills using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence, etc.

Salary Range: $120K - $125K

Mdxhealth is a molecular diagnostics company – They deliver test results related to urology/oncology, supported heavily by their Laboratory Information System (LIS). Their product is data — and the LIS is central to revenue. Regulated industry – They operate in healthcare diagnostics → audited, validated systems, tight change control. Candidates must be comfortable with documentation, quality gates, traceability, and multi‑step approval workflows.

Microsoft shop Azure cloud, Azure Dev Ops + Git Hub, SQL Server (Azure‑hosted), Containerization:
Docker + Kubernetes. Applications:
Java (LIS), .NET (future plans), React/jQuery front‑end. CRM:
Microsoft Dynamics. Ticketing:
Service Now / Jira. Data: ADF, Synapse, Power BI, Azure SQL.

Expert Level

Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
