As a Technical Product Manager in Customer’s Enterprise Data Office Platform team, you will drive the evolution for our internal data marketplace, shaping how users discover, search, access, share, and publish data across the enterprise. This role is critical to enabling a data-driven culture and delivering innovative solutions that empower teams to leverage data s role requires a strategic thinker with technical expertise in data platforms, a foundation in human-centered design, and a strong product mindset with proven ability to prioritize and deliver high-impact, measurable solutions.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the Marketplace meets the needs of both technical and business users, enabling self-service, governance, and innovation at scale.
- Define and drive a strategic roadmap for the Marketplace platform aligned with enterprise objectives
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions that simplify data discovery, access, publishing, and onboarding data
- Translate user insights and business needs into clear priorities and actionable delivery plans
- Champion frictionless experiences with deep empathy for all data personas
- Lead end-to-end product development—from ideation to launch and iterative improvements
- Establish success metrics to measure adoption, engagement, and satisfaction
- Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to ensure timely delivery
- Foster alignment and transparency through clear communication and documentation
- 6+ years of product management experience
- Proven success in technical platform product management, ideally two-sided marketplaces and/or enterprise data
- Demonstrated expertise in human-centered design and product discovery practices
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering results in dynamic environments with diverse stakeholders and user needs, and in luencing enterprise-wide initiatives
