Senior Marketing Specialist (Digital Marketing+ AI)
Mandarin Required | OPT/H-1B Sponsorship Available
About the RoleWe are looking for a bilingual (English + Mandarin) Marketing Specialist who has solid hands‑on experience in digital advertising, content creation, and basic UI/UX design. You will build our brand presence across U.S. and China social platforms, support sales campaigns, and optimize paid ads performance. OPT/CPT and H-1B sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities- Based on corporate strategy, developing marketing tactics.
- Create digital and offline marketing content (social media posts, website, email campaigns, brochures, landing pages).
- Manage and update website content (Word Press/Wix/Shopify) while ensuring brand consistency and user‑friendly UI/UX.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Tik Tok, Linked In, etc.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design marketing campaigns that drive leads and conversions.
- Monitor ad metrics using GA4, GTM, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and report on CTR, CPC, CPL/CPA, CVR, ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing and adjust creatives, keywords, or audience targeting for better performance.
- Assist with basic UI/UX design using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe XD/AI/PS.
- Effectively using AI tool to perform all marketing tasks.
- Mandarin Chinese required (written & spoken) for internal communication and content adaptation.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media growth, or paid ads operation.
- Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Linked In Ads.
- Working knowledge of UI/UX design or visual design concepts.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills; understand 3‑second hooks and first‑screen visual impact.
- Familiar with advertising metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and A/B testing.
- Experience with Word Press, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, design, data, or a related field.
