We’re looking for someone who’s built SCIFs—fast. Someone who knows the difference between “done” and “accredited.” Someone who understands how to navigate the red tape, get it signed off, and do it again.

This role is about owning secure, classified environment builds end-to-end—from blueprint to badge swipe—supporting high-stakes technical missions where timelines are short and trust is earned through execution.

• Complete lifecycle of classified infrastructure: site selection, facility design, network setup, accreditation, and sustainment
• SCIF builds that move fast—meeting aggressive timelines without compromising compliance or quality
• Cross-functional coordination with real estate, IT, infosec, and finance to align resources and timelines
• Customer- and mission-facing responsibilities: working with execs, government reps, and external partners to keep projects on track
• Integration of acquired assets or new capabilities into the secure ecosystem with minimal disruption

• Hands-on leader with 2+ years directly building and accrediting SCIFs (ideally multiple)
• Operated in startup or high-pressure environments where speed and discretion both matter
• Proven ability to navigate government processes and security requirements without getting stuck in them
• Comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders and customers—can speak fluently across technical, operational, and government audiences
• Active or previous Top Secret clearance (polygraph preferred)
