We are hiring a Business Development & Marketing Associate to support sales and growth initiatives within a Managed Service Provider (MSP). This is an entry-level, early-career role designed for someone interested in technology, sales, and marketing who wants hands‑on experience in a professional environment.

This position offers exposure to real client interactions, outbound business development, market research, and collaboration across sales, marketing, and technical teams.

• Identify and qualify potential clients for managed IT services
• Research and source new business leads using online tools, directories, and industry resources
• Support outbound outreach efforts, including introductory calls and follow‑ups
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and client‑facing materials
• Participate in sales calls and meetings alongside account managers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
• Support webinars, events, and networking initiatives as needed
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in technology, IT services, and business development
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
• Annual salary range: $41,600 – $52,000, based on experience
