Westcliff University is in a period of exciting, rapid expansion — launching new programs, new campuses, and new
markets. We’re looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to lead that charge.
In this newly created role, you’ll own digital lead generation and performance marketing strategy across all programs
and campuses — from established degree offerings to ongoing brand-new initiatives launches. You’ll lead the digital
marketing team and manage agency partners to deliver measurable results that drive enrollment growth.
We’re looking for someone who’s:
- Data-driven and hands-on — you love diving into dashboards and constantly optimizing campaigns for performance.
- Fluent in SEO, paid search, paid social, and analytics — you can connect the dots from strategy to execution to results.
- Experienced in higher-education marketing — ideally within private, for-profit institutions or agency accounts that serve them.
- AI-savvy and innovative — you know how to leverage emerging tools to work smarter, scale faster, and measure impact.
- Comfortable moving fast — you thrive in a high-volume, growth-focused environment with constant new launches.

Director of Growth Marketing
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Westcliff’s digital marketing and lead-generation strategy across programs and campuses.
- Oversee SEO, paid media, analytics, and conversion performance.
- Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing investments translate into enrollment growth.
- Support a data-driven culture within the marketing team and continuously optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Contribute to shaping the digital marketing framework that will scale Westcliff’s growth.
- Ensure compliance with higher education marketing regulations and brand standards.
- Leverage Power
BI, GA4, GSC, and other platforms to drive data-informed decisions. - Translate campaign insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, with emphasis on AI-driven optimization and automation.
- Proactively identify and test new growth opportunities in digital channels and tools.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, speed, and accountability within the team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of lead generation and enrollment growth in higher education.
- Deep expertise in SEO, paid search, paid social, and digital analytics.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Experience with Power
