We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Manager Applications - CTRM to lead and manage application development and support for Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CTRM systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency in application management.

• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of CTRM applications to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define application requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead a team of developers and analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of CTRM systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in application management.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for application projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing CTRM applications and teams.
• Strong understanding of commodity trading and risk management processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
