Role Overview
As a Data and Analytics Specialist, you will partner with business, data domain owners, stewards, and technology teams to define and deliver data products, analytics, and reporting that improve decision‑making and advance business outcomes.
Responsibilities- Define and drive data product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Lead end‑to‑end data product lifecycle practices.
- Partner with owners and stewards to assess maturity and close gaps.
- Build strong partnerships with business units to understand decision needs.
- Guide teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data for evidence‑based recommendations and actionable insights.
- Coach others in communicating complex findings through narratives and data visualizations.
- Lead comprehensive data and process analysis to solve complex problems.
- Oversee the design, build, and maintenance of analytics and reporting solutions.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and apply them for improvement.
- Champion data strategy and literacy by creating roadmaps, driving adoption, training plans, and success metrics.
- Lead and develop talent, including goal setting, mentoring, coaching, performance management, and hiring support.
- Lead with an AI‑ready mindset, embedding AI and automation into data products, workflows, and decision‑making.
Base salary ranges:
- Charlotte: $153,842–$246,147
- Southern California: $179,273–$286,837
Additional compensation includes an individual annual performance bonus, a profitability bonus, and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of eligible earnings.
