As a leading Professional & Managed Services Provider providing IT solutions to our affiliate brands, we are in search of a seasoned Technical Solutions Architect to provide proactive sales engagement focusing on supporting the delivery of technical and services engagements within the Hyundai family of companies. You will possess a proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences, including executive‑level stakeholders and clients in order to:
- Act as the technical lead during the pre‑sales process, engaging with clients to understand business challenges, translate customer business requirements into high‑level technical designs and propose tailored IT solutions.
- Leverage your own and collaborate with other internal stakeholders’ expertise in our service portfolio to design scalable, secure, and cost‑effective architectures across cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
- Apply previous experience in a technical role within a sales organization, supporting solutions development, customer engagement, and/or pre‑sales efforts by leading technical discovery sessions, solution workshops, and proof‑of‑concept initiatives.
- Partner with sales and delivery teams to develop proposals, including scope, pricing, and timelines.
- Translate business requirements into high‑level solution designs, including architecture diagrams, integration strategies, and implementation of roadmaps that deliver against the customer’s business needs, targets and KPIs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in enterprise IT architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern application frameworks.
- Support campaigning into accounts in an effort to win future projects by sharing customer insights from previous successful project engagements to support future engagements with new customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of IT development and implementation/consulting experience in the software or internet industries consulting on multiple technologies. This includes a broad knowledge across vendors and product categories in various technology ecosystems to assess compatibility and recommend optimal solutions in line with desired business objectives.
- 8+ years of proven experience designing and presenting enterprise IT solutions, including infrastructure/cloud, security/networking, application services, and AI. This covers core technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, and data analytics.
- 3 years in a pre‑sales or client‑facing technical role designing, implementing, or consulting on application and infrastructure solutions.
