Overview
Technical Consultant (Integration) - Workday (AMS)
Role SummaryProvide Level 1 and Level 2 integration support for Workday, ensuring reliable operation of inbound and outbound integrations and timely resolution of integration‑related issues.
Key Skills- Hands‑on experience supporting Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, PECI)
- Strong understanding of Workday inbound/outbound data flows
- Experience in production support and incident management
- Ability to analyze logs, error messages, and data exceptions
- Working knowledge of security, data privacy, and access controls
- Good communication skills to coordinate with functional teams and L3 partners
- Monitor and support Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio – support only)
- Perform triage and troubleshooting of integration and batch job failures
- Coordinate integration re‑runs, data corrections, and incident resolution
- Validate data flows between Workday and downstream/upstream systems
- Support UAT, regression testing, and release validation for integrations
- Maintain integration runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation
Salary Range - $105,000-$110,000 a year
