Insight Global is seeking a Senior Technical Program / Project Manager focused on data engineering and data platform modernization. This role will drive Databricks migration initiatives across the data organization, with a primary focus on data engineering execution, data platform architecture, and migration delivery. The TPM will manage data pipeline migrations, Databricks platform rollout, architectural alignment, and production cutovers. The role is responsible for cross‑team dependency management, delivery planning, and production readiness, ensuring the successful transition from legacy SQL Server–based platforms to Databricks.

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Delivery / Program / Project Manager, leading end‑to‑end Databricks migrations, including planning, execution, risk management, governance, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.

• Experience leading Databricks‑based migrations from on‑prem SQL Server data platforms.

• Experience partnering with architects and engineers on infrastructure design and migration approach strategy.

• Experience acting as a liaison across technical and business teams to drive milestones, status reporting, and escalations across Data Engineering, Architecture, Governance, and BI.

• Experience managing delivery timelines, budgets, and onshore/offshore resources with executive‑level communication and reporting.

• Experience delivering data migration initiatives using Agile delivery frameworks.
  
  - Experience in mortgage, financial services, or enterprise SaaS environments.

• Knowledge of AI models, governance & practices

• Databricks certification

• Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, PMP)
