Job Description
The LMS System Administrator works in a highly collaborative, team-driven environment and is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s LMS (Pathways), engaging internal stakeholders, designing and implementing custom solutions, reporting, troubleshooting, and help desk support for approximately 70,000 associates in the U.S. and internationally.
- Loads and maintains LMS content, including homegrown training and 3rd party courses and curricula.
- Engages stakeholders to flesh out requirements. Designs and executes solutions.
- Creates, maintains, and documents automatic assignment rules.
- Provides support to associates by responding to and resolving helpdesk inquiries.
- Manages 3rd party licensed content vendor; participates in vendor calls.
- Supports projects and initiatives that enhance L&D’s capabilities.
- Provides reporting as required.
- Supports the company’s Performance Management program using Schoox’s Performance module.

- 0-2 Years of experience in L&D and/or instructional design
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Basic Computer Skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, & web browsers
- Flexible & Adaptable, able to change & Alter According to changes in Projects or Business Environment Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience with Schoox LMS is highly preferable
