IT Project Manager
Our client is seeking a Manager of Applications to join their company for a full-time, permanent position. This role will lead enterprise application teams responsible for delivering, supporting, and modernizing business-critical systems while driving Agile delivery, operational stability, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

- Lead and mentor enterprise application teams responsible for delivering and supporting business-critical systems across a mix of legacy and modern platforms
- Drive Agile development and operational excellence while ensuring high application availability and timely resolution of enterprise-impacting issues
- Partner closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to align technology initiatives with organizational goals and communicate project progress effectively
- Help shape future application strategy, modernization efforts, and process improvements across the application environment
- Oversee vendor relationships, contract renewals, and cross-functional collaboration to support ongoing technology initiatives and operational needs
- Foster a high-performing team culture through coaching, cross-training, performance management, and employee development
- Experience leading high-performing application development or enterprise applications teams within complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of application delivery across a variety of technologies, including legacy systems and cloud-based platforms
- Background leading Agile teams with the ability to improve delivery quality, team velocity, and operational efficiency
- Ability to balance technical leadership, people management, stakeholder communication, and production support responsibilities
- Experience partnering with business leaders and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive initiatives from concept through execution in a fast-paced environment
