Business Analyst Intern

Onsite in-person job.

As a Business Analyst Intern at Tenant, you will gain hands‑on exposure to how SaaS products are built, supported, and improved within the self‑storage technology industry. You will work closely with Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to learn business analysis, troubleshooting, collaboration, and Agile methodologies in a real‑world environment.

• Learn and develop an understanding of the self‑storage industry and Tenant’s SaaS platform
• Assist in gathering and documenting business and product requirements
• Support Engineering and Customer Success teams in analyzing customer issues and identifying potential solutions
• Help review application behavior, logs, and workflows to better understand troubleshooting and issue resolution processes
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, team meetings, and cross‑functional collaboration sessions
• Assist with gap analysis and process documentation to identify areas for improvement
• Gain exposure to tools such as JIRA, Miro, and internal collaboration systems
• Support stakeholder communication by helping prepare project updates, notes, and documentation
• Learn how SaaS products are deployed, maintained, and improved in a fast‑paced technology environment
• Collaborate with mentors and team members on research tasks, testing, documentation, and small project initiatives
• Develop an understanding of customer feedback, feature requests, and product enhancement processes
• Contribute to a positive team culture focused on learning, collaboration, accountability, and customer success

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in technology, SaaS products, and business analysis
• Basic understanding of databases, SQL, or software systems is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
  
  Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented and remote‑friendly environment
• Eagerness to learn Agile methodologies, troubleshooting, and cross‑functional business operations
• Self‑motivated, curious, and excited to gain real‑world industry experience
