NetSuite Admin

We are supporting one of our clients in the search for a Net Suite Administrator to provide ad hoc support across their Net Suite environment. This individual will help manage the day to day administration of the system, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and support ongoing improvements based on business needs.

This is a strong fit for someone who is comfortable stepping into an existing environment, providing flexible support, and helping internal teams get more value from Net Suite without adding full time headcount.

• Provide ad hoc Net Suite support based on business needs and priorities
• Manage day to day Net Suite administration including user setup, roles, permissions, and system configuration
• Troubleshoot system issues and partner with internal users to resolve functional problems
• Build and maintain saved searches, dashboards, reports, and workflows
• Support core business processes including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report
• Work closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to improve system usage and efficiency
• Assist with process improvements, data cleanup, and general system optimization
• Support and monitor integrations with connected platforms where needed
• Help document processes and provide guidance to end users
• Assist with testing and support related to new enhancements or changes in the system
