• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced customizations based on ERP platform’s capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large‑scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity.
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits to uphold security protocols and industry standards.
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

• End‑to‑end implementation experience in FCCS and ARCS.
• Functional understanding and practical exposure to Financial Consolidation, Statutory Reporting and Account Reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end FCC implementations covering close, consolidation, currency translation, eliminations, journals, and statutory reporting.
• Design FCC metadata, ownership structures, close calendars, and consolidation rules.
• Build and configure top‑side journals, automation rules, security, and reporting.
• Integrate FCC with ERP (Fusion/Non‑Fusion) using Data Management / Data Integration.
• Support close cycle testing, cutover, and production go‑live.
• Design and implement balance sheet reconciliations and transaction matching.
• Configure profiles, formats, risk ratings, auto‑reconciliation rules, and workflows.
• Implement transaction matching for bank, intercompany, and high‑volume accounts.
• Integrate ARCS with ERP GL and subledgers and enable journal posting back to ERP.
• Support audit readiness, certification cycles, and close optimization.
• Design EDM solution for centralized master data management including governance.
• Develop and maintain data management processes and integrations with ERP systems.
• Configure security, workflows, and reporting structures in EPM applications.
• Provide guidance on best practices, governance, and compliance for financial close and reconciliation cycles.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams.
• Experience leading large support engagements working closely with key client business users and stakeholders.
