Sr. Solutions Architect HCLS, HCLS

The AWS WWPS HCLS team supports Healthtech & ISV customers in their digital transformation journeys. In the AWS WWPS HCLS segment, a Solutions Architect partners with high‑value customers to design and implement scalable, resilient cloud architectures that address customer business problems and promote adoption of AWS services.

• Partner with customers and account managers to build and migrate applications, software, and services on the AWS platform.
• Formulate and execute customer‑centric growth strategies.
• Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of AWS and lead deep architectural discussions to ensure successful deployment.
• Conduct one‑to‑few and one‑to‑many training sessions to transfer knowledge.
• Capture and share best‑practice knowledge within the AWS Solutions Architect community.
• Author or contribute to AWS customer‑facing publications such as whitepapers.
• Build deep relationships with senior technical stakeholders to enable them as cloud advocates.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support.

• 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.

• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
• Knowledge of SAP systems (e.g., SAP Business Suite, S/4
  
  HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects) and their architecture and infrastructure needs.
• Experience working with end‑user or developer communities.
• Experience managing relationships with SAP customers and partners.
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud ERP, and Cloud ERP Private.
• Experience in SAP clean‑core design concepts, including design and build using non‑SAP technologies such as generative AI and data & analytics.

Base salary range: $153,600 – $207,800 USD annually (varies by location). Compensation includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). The package also includes health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, basic life & AD&D insurance), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
