Job Description:

The Senior Director, Regional Head of Technology Med Tech EP-CNV Americas - consisting of US, Canada and LATAM - is a business strategist and product‑minded technology leader who partners closely with the regional Med Tech leadership team to shape growth strategies, modernize platforms, and deliver differentiated digital and AI capabilities for customers and patients. This leader serves as the critical point of connection between business strategy and technology execution, developing technology as a competitive advantage for the region and business.

You will lead a business‑facing technology organization in the region, orchestrating the full breadth of JJT products, platforms, and services to maximize value, speed, and quality for the Med Tech portfolio. You will engage deeply with senior business leaders (e.g., Company Group Chair/Regional Leadership Teams) to define priorities and deliver outcomes.

The EP-CNV business encompasses digital surgery/robotics platforms, OR integration, imaging and computer vision, field service digitization, supply continuity and instrument lifecycle analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Outcomes

* Co‑create the regional technology strategy for Electrophysiology and Neurovascular in alignment with Med Tech business goals; translate strategy into a prioritized multi‑year product and platform roadmap with clear value outcomes

* Develop technology as a competitive advantage-accelerating innovation, simplification, and go‑to‑market agility across priority markets and franchises.

* Serve as strategic technology partner to regional senior leaders; jointly identify opportunities, advise on the transformation and application of technology to unlock growth, efficiency, and superior customer/patient experience.

* Provide accountable technology leadership for end-to-end BU outcomes, aligning strategy, platforms, and execution across the regional value chain.

* Develop compliant technology through strong partnership with functions such as Cybersecurity, Regulatory Affairs, Legal Affairs etc.

* Build a strong cross-region partnership to allow for leveraging technology efforts to accelerate digitalization of processes in region.

Ensure smooth operations for business as it relates to data availability, accuracy and completeness for the business to drive it's metrics

* IMPROVE the business:
Foster strong partnership with marketing, sales and commercial operations to map their processes and enable them through leveraging technology (including but not limited to AI)

* TRANSFORM the business:
Foster strong partnerships to determine "fit for purpose" technology solutions across the different sales and marketing and recurring revenue sales motions.
