Job Description What you will do
- Lead and oversee large-scale data migration programs, ensuring data quality, security, and seamless transition across systems.
- Manage end-to-end cloud migration programs, including technical planning, execution, risk management, and post-migration stabilization.
- Serve as the primary client-facing program lead, driving clear communication, managing expectations, and resolving escalations.
- Own program scope management, including requirements definition, dependency management, change control, and impact assessment.
- Coordinate and manage multiple work streams, ensuring alignment across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Drive effective stakeholder management across senior leadership, client teams, engineering, architecture, and delivery teams.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify program risks, issues, and dependencies early, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Establish and track program milestones, KPIs, and reporting to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards throughout program execution.
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager delivering data migration and cloud migration programs in enterprise environments.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage deeply with engineering, architecture, and data teams.
- Exceptional client-facing skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and executive-level communication.
- Strong expertise in scope management, including change management and delivery governance.
- Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management, influencing across cross-functional and matrixed organization.
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery model.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex dependencies simultaneously.
