The role involves managing environments, access requests, connections, monitoring, and incident response, and working closely with Solution Architects and Developers to maintain production readiness and ensure Copilot services operate as expected across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Own day‑to‑day operations of the Copilot and Power Platform environment that underpins the Agent Enablement Program, including environment health, tenant settings, capacity monitoring, and agent lifecycle management.
- Administer Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, connector governance, and environment access controls in line with governance standards set through AEP and GHD’s information security policies.
- Manage Entra s, licensing assignment, and role‑based access for Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Agent 365, and related Power Platform services.
- Operate the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit, including tenant‑wide visibility, maker inventory, compliance reporting, and agent usage analytics.
- Partner with Microsoft Purview owners on sensitivity label enforcement, information protection, and compliance across agent touchpoints.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for platform‑level issues raised by makers, delivery teams, and the program manager, driving fast resolution of environment and connector blockers.
- Maintain documentation of platform configuration, standards, and runbooks, and contribute to the onboarding of new makers and agent developers across GHD.
- Support audit, risk, and compliance reviews relating to AI agent deployment, providing evidence of controls and attestations as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5 or more years of experience administering Microsoft 365 or Power Platform in an enterprise environment, with at least 2 years focused on Power Platform and Copilot or agent‑related workloads.
- Demonstrable experience operating Power Platform DLP, environment strategy, and connector governance at scale.
- Microsoft certifications strongly preferred: PL‑200 Power Platform Functional Consultant, PL‑500 Power Automate RPA Developer or PL‑900, MS‑102 Microsoft 365 Administrator, SC‑400 Information Protection Administrator is valued.
- Exposure to Microsoft Purview administration, Entra , and licensing operations.
- Experience working within ITIL‑aligned service management, including incident, problem, and change processes.
- Strong hands‑on administrator experience across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio, including tenant configuration, environment management, and policy administration.
- Working knowledge of Entra (Azure AD), including group‑based licensing, conditional access concepts, and service principal management.
- Demonstrable experience with Data Loss Prevention policies, connector classifications, and environment‑level guardrails in Power Platform.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, information protection, sensitivity labels, and the interplay between Purview and Copilot grounding.
- Competence with the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit, admin analytics, and tenant‑level monitoring tools.
- Operational discipline: strong ticket hygiene, incident and change management awareness, and a bias toward repeatable, documented operations.
- Service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business users, and to translate platform constraints into practical guidance for makers.
- Comfort working in a fast‑moving AI product landscape, with the judgment to apply controls proportionate to risk rather than blanket restriction.
The salary range for this position is $90,476 – $150,794, varying based on experience and location.
