Our direct client is seeking a Technical Program Manager II who will be responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT program(s) consisting of multiple projects
This role ensures organizational readiness compliance of findings discovered during Global Audit and ongoing process adherence. Support large-scale enterprise security audit effort.
This is a single or multiple incumbent(s) position that typically exists in a small- to medium-size enterprise with multiple project managers, project leaders, and/or project support staff as direct or dotted line repor
- ts.
Key Accountabilit - ies:
Develops the program strategy, supporting business case and various enterprise wide high-level project plans.
Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the busin - ess.
Communicates with IT leadership, business leadership and IT Business Consultants to communicate program strategy, direction and changes.
Responsible for delivering all projects contained in the IT project portfolio on time, within budget and meeting the strategic and business requireme - nts.
Responsible for tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to Project Manag - ers.
Partners with senior leadership of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterpr - ise.
Required Sk - ills:
Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and t - ools.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field; or equivalent work experi - ence.
Project Management certification is requ - ired.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Information Secu - rity.
Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in technical, security, or compliance dom - ains.
Deep familiarity with security audits, vulnerability management, compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO, etc.), and remediation workf - lows.
Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-wide projects involving cross-functional stakehol - ders.
Strong executive communication skills, including experience preparing presentations and briefing senior lea - ders.
Experience coordinating or developing technical architecture documentation and system diag - rams.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equival
