About the Role

The SEO/CRO Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase website visibility, rankings, user experience and conversion rates to drive lead and revenue growth. This data‑driven, analytical individual will manage day‑to‑day SEO/CRO operations across multiple brands, working closely with internal teams and external agencies. The role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of managing complex, multi‑faced SEO/CRO programs while driving measurable results in a dynamic, multi‑brand environment.

The Manager must distill complex information into clear, actionable insights and communicate them effectively.

Essential Job FunctionsSEO
  • Implement and execute SEO strategies in partnership with SEO agencies.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, leads and other relevant KPIs.
  • Manage day‑to‑day activities of national and local SEO agencies.
  • Support SEO budget management and forecasting.
  • Manage SEO priorities (technical audits, site maintenance, link building, etc.) and maintain brand‑specific roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and project‑manage website‑related initiatives (e.g., new content publishing, site redesign).
  • Review and analyze SEO performance reports and insights.
  • Support agency and internal teams in analyzing results.
  • Stay current with SEO trends and share knowledge internally.
  • Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and present SEO insights.
  • Provide support for presentations to large audiences (convention, webinars).
CRO
  • Support CRO agency with implementing strategies and testing plans.
  • Manage day‑to‑day activities of CRO agency.
  • Manage the implementation of CRO testing and analysis.
  • Monitor CRO initiatives and their impact.
  • Support and provide input on CRO‑focused website changes.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on CRO integration.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in successfully implementing national and local SEO campaigns.
  • Knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Experience working with content management systems, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.
  • Experience optimizing on‑and‑off page SEO.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Schema Markup, and Metadata.
  • Proficiency with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
  • Preferred: experience with holistic conversion rate metrics, including Net Promoter Score, customer satisfaction surveys, site engagement scores and other KPI’s.
  • Ability to conduct competitive analysis and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills.
  • Systematic problem‑solving approach and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear business outcomes.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
