Solutions Engineer

We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. In this role, you’ll partner with internal teams and external partners to design and deliver innovative technical solutions that solve real-world problems. You’ll play a key role in translating business needs into scalable technical implementations, ensuring seamless integrations and successful deployments.

You’ll help drive partner success and contribute to the growth of the organization by delivering solutions that create meaningful impact.

• Guide partners through the implementation of solutions, ensuring best practices are followed
• Troubleshoot technical challenges during integration, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide post-implementation support to maintain and enhance partner satisfaction
• Proactively monitor and respond to partner issues.
• Work with Engineering and Product teams to define features around successful Ad partner integration and monitoring.
• Provide technical support and account management in conjunction with building specs and release feedback
• Work with clients and partners to implement and maintain integrations
• Work with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and define, test, and roll out new features to our platform
• Work closely with the product team to improve partner success across our platform
• Develop and maintain internal tools to monitor partner health.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into platform usage
• Troubleshooting system errors and escalates internally within the team. Gather partner logs and analyze with internal data.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering
• 1-3 years of experience in solutions engineering, software engineering or technical equivalent roles.
• Strong coding experience in Java, Objective-c, Java script
• Ability to design and deliver technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution prototypes.
• Demonstrate a clear ability to digest complex technical documentation.
• Strong critical-thinking, analytical, logical, and results-oriented skills preferred
• Demonstrable portfolio of cross-functional team orientation, alignment, evolution and self-study
• Working knowledge of common tool sets and industry terms such as POSTMAN, URL editors/parsers, XML, JSON
• Expertise with data tools like Athena, RDS, Snowflake, SQL is must have

• AdTech and Ad Operations experience with OpenRTB/VAST/PMP in the portfolio is strongly desired.
• Experience in AdTech/Mar Tech at a top-line publisher, AdTech, Mar Tech, DSP, SSP, Ad Network or Ad Agency preferably as a Solutions or Integrations Engineer

The range listed is just one component of Mobility Ware’s total compensation package for employees, which may include short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, or market demands. This range is based on a full-time position. This range may be modified in the future. The annual base salary pay range for this role is $126,000- $150,000.
