Seeking an experienced Exadata Architect to design, deploy, and optimize Oracle Exadata platforms, integrate hybrid cloud solutions, and ensure high-performance, secure, and compliant database environments.
Primary Responsibilities- Architect, implement, and manage Exadata platforms (X8/X9/X10+), including RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and Golden Gate.
- Perform performance tuning (Smart Scan, HCC, storage optimization) and lifecycle management.
- Design hybrid architectures on AWS/OCI, lead migrations, and implement HA/DR solutions.
- Analyze database and application performance; implement capacity planning, alerting, and optimization.
- Ensure database security, compliance (SOX, PCI, HIPAA), and collaborate with cloud security teams.
- Provide architectural guidance, documentation (HLD/LLD, runbooks), and lead POCs or performance benchmarking.
- Oracle DB administration and Exadata engineering experience.
- AWS cloud experience (RDS, EC2, DMS, networking).
- Linux (OL/RHEL), Ansible/shell scripting.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Oracle Certified Master / OCI Architect / AWS Solutions Architect.
- Exadata Cloud@Customer / Terraform / Cloud Formation experience.
- BFSI or regulated industry experience, cloud modernization exposure.
