Senior IT Support Analyst – West Coast – Direct Hire
We’re seeking a hands‑on Senior IT Support Analyst who thrives on solving problems and delivering exceptional end‑user support across all levels of the organization.
What You’ll Do:- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and business applications
- Act as the primary contact for support requests (phone & email)
- Troubleshoot system issues and drive effective solutions
- Partner with vendors to resolve technical challenges
- Support AV and phone systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, ownership mindset
- Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical users
- Experience supporting a range of IT systems, desktop and server operating systems, including AV and telephony
- B.S Degree or equivalent experience
