Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IGA/IAM Developer with strong expertise in SailPoint Identity IQ, Okta, and AWS infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions while collaborating closely with client and engineering teams.

• Manage and resolve SailPoint Identity IQ backlog items and enhancement requests.
• Develop, debug, and maintain Java-based customizations within SailPoint IIQ.
• Modify and support custom rules, workflows, connectors, and integrations.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Prepare, tag, and support code releases across environments.
• Collaborate with client teams, engineers, and developers to enhance IAM capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve post-deployment issues and production defects.
• Support identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and governance processes.

• Experience with IAM/IGA implementations and integrations.
• Strong understanding of user provisioning, access certification, and role management.
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing development backlogs.
