Overview
Position for Access Control Specialist in Identity and Security Abuse Prevention’s Access Control Operations team. The role integrates and manages permissions requested via tickets across enterprise tools, improving security, operational efficiency, provisioning access, troubleshooting access issues, and optimizing automation. The team safeguards customers, employees, and data across World Wide Customer Service and works with Operations partners to ensure users have necessary access to deliver top tier service.
Key Responsibilities- Improve and streamline processes while maintaining high ticket closure within SLA.
- Serve as the face to internal customers and remain customer‑service oriented.
- Use IAM tools to assign permissions aligned with each user’s role, ensuring minimum necessary access.
- Provision access within enterprise software—create, update, revoke user access, configuring permissions in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Audit access regularly and use automation tools to streamline the user access lifecycle.
- Provide access governance oversight to ensure a high security bar by evaluating, creating, and streamlining access policies and mechanisms.
- Experience in development or technical support.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
- Knowledge of Access Control methodology such as RBAC and ABAC.
