The Sr Developer Oracle Fusion
- Oil Value Chain (OVC) will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Oracle Fusion initiatives primarily for OVC track. This is a unique and fulfilling opportunity for working in a specialized hybrid domain that has custom built oracle solutions spanning across commodity trading, supply chain logistics, procurement, order management, financial management, contract lifecycle management. This role is responsible for the overall architecture of the applications aligned to Oracle Fusion platform, leading the implementation, supporting the operations, and ongoing optimization of the OVC applications.

The role also will be responsible for various customizations and extensions of the platform ensuring seamless integration with critical enterprise business functions to enable growth, efficiency, and operational excellence.

You will be a technical lead, with handson development activities, shaping scalable and innovative solutions that advance business functions primarily covering OVC applications. You will partner closely with vendor implementation teams to validate and guide solution design, and ensuring seamless delivery of projects, technical solutions. You will also be working closely with all cross functional development & functional analyst teams, facilitating designs and solutions and resolving any interdependencies.

In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT leaders to translate business needs into robust, efficient, and user friendly Oracle solutions, ensuring the platform continuously delivers measurable business value.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field (required)
• Implementation
  
  Experience:
  
  Experience with Oracle Fusion implementations in the Manufacturing vertical, with at least two full-cycle implementations (required)
• ERP / Development
  
  Experience:
  
  5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP solutions development, with strong understanding of platform functionality, cross-functional integrations, and process cycles (required)
• Fusion Development
  
  Experience:
  
  3+ years of development experience specifically on Oracle Fusion platform (OIC, VBCS, FBDI, SQL/PLSQL, OTBI, SOAP/REST APIs, Fusion Data Models Schemas) (required)
• UI Development
  
  Experience:
  
  1+ year Redwood UI experience (required)
• Travel:
  Ability to travel 2%
• Build & Release:
  Exposure to & ability to architect release automation and utilize build pipelines (preferred)
• Certifications:
  
  Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations (preferred), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate (preferred)

• Hands‑on experience in techno‑functional configurations, extensions of the platform - like custom build modules, integration of custom cloud solutions, 3rd party managed/packed solution integrations etc.
• Deep functional knowledge of the Supply chain, Logistics, Demand planning, Inventory Management, Contracts, Finance, Order Management
• Hands‑on expertise in extensions, modifications, and customizations of standard Oracle functionality using tools like … not limited to:
• Expertise in Data Management, Reporting & Analytics using tool like … not limited to:
• Extensive experience with data conversions and migrations from legacy Oracle and non‑Oracle systems into Fusion Cloud
