Position Overview
We are looking for a part‑time/1099 NAV / Business Central functional consultant to work remotely.
Contract type:
Contract (Part‑time, 1099).
- Implement Business Central through the full project life cycle.
- Document business requirements and functional specifications using Microsoft’s Sure Step methodology (gap analysis and functional requirements documentation).
- Analyze client business processes, recommend improvements or re‑engineer for optimum performance.
- Design, configure, train and support Dynamics 365 Business Central software.
- Identify and recommend specific enhancement customizations as needed.
- Provide data migration, conversion support and ISV product/extension support.
- Offer end‑user support, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts.
- Draft end‑user documentation and deliver application training online or one‑on‑one.
- 8+ years of functional experience with NAV / Business Central.
- Strong knowledge of core financial modules.
- Experience with Manufacturing, Warehouse, Project Accounting, or Fixed Asset modules is an added value.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good teamwork skills, working with developers during design, development, and testing phases.
