" 10 15+ years of experience in digital transformation, data/AI, technology leadership, or consulting.
" 5+ years leading enterprise AI or analytics programs.
" Industry experience - financial services
" Experience delivering AI at scale not only experimentation.
" Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.

"Role Summary
Lead enterprise-wide AI strategy, transformation, and adoption initiatives to drive measurable business outcomes. Partner with business, technology, data, operations, and executive stakeholders to identify opportunities, build AI roadmaps, govern implementation, and scale AI capabilities across the organization.

" Oversee vendor selection and ecosystem strategy (cloud, AI platforms, consulting partners).
" Build and lead cross-functional teams across data, engineering, architecture, product, and operations.
