Role OverviewLanguage Specialist (Customer Support (Email))
Location:
Mountain View, CA
Duration: 6-12 months
Responsibilities- Provide customer support via email in English and one of the specified languages.
- Fluent in verbal and written English and one of the following languages:
Swedish
, Danish
, Dutch
, Telugu
, Marathi
, Swiss German
, German
, Belgian German
, Polish
, Japanese
. - Previous experience in customer service – preferred email support experience.
- Native speaker of the selected language.
- Have lived in the locale for a minimum of 2 out of the past 5 years or be a frequent traveler to the native region.
- Undergraduate degree required.
- Strong analytical skills.
